Bookings

+ HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?

All projects are broken down into two installments: 50% upfront upon booking, reserving the start date of your project, and the remaining 50% at the end of the project, before final handover. All payments are due in full before the project handover or website is launched.

To book a project with Stylescape Creative Studio, please use the contact form so that I may learn a little more about your business. I will reach out to you, to schedule a brand consultation call to dive further into your goals and vision for this project. If both parties agree to move forward, I will prepare a formal contract for you to sign along with an invoice for the first payment to reserve your project.

+ IS MY INITIAL DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

No, the 50% deposit is non-refundable and secures your project booking.

+ WHAT ADDITIONAL COSTS MAY COME UP?

I aim to be as transparent as possible so that there are no additional charges or surprise fees. The only additional costs that might come up would be any licensing fees for special website plugins, artwork, or media, as well as any additional design time beyond your contracted time-frame. If anything is added on or we go above the alocated number of revisions (which is rare), I'll charge at my current hourly rate. You’ll never receive any unexpected bills.

+ DO YOU WORK INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! One thing I love most about my business is that we can help clients all over the world. I have regular clients from the UK, Australia, America, Canada and New Zealand, and always looking for another one to add to the list! All communications are done through email or online meeting platforms.

Branding

+ WHAT IF I NEED MORE REFINEMENT ROUNDS?

We will continue the revision process at my current hourly rate, if you are not 100% happy within the three revision rounds.

At the start of our project, we go through an in-depth questionnaire and briefing process, making sure we are on the same page before the project kick-off.

+ HOW LONG WILL i WAIT BEFORE A CONCEPT IS PRESENTED ?

This can depend on a few different factors including, how many projects I have on the go and the complexity of your project. More often than not, you will see your initial concept 1-2 weeks.

+ HOW DO YOU DELIVER FINAL FILES?

Once the final invoice is paid, your files will be delivered via email or a Wetransfer link. Your shared Wetransfer link will be available for 7 days so make sure to store your files in a safe place!

+ WHAT DOES YOUR WEBSITE SERVICES INCLUDE?

Each website is unique, Stylescape Creative Studio has different options available for clients to choose from to suit their business needs.

  1. The standard website package includes all the essentials required to create a clean, refined and easily maintained website, using a responsive template, your site will be tailored to fit your business needs.
  2. The single page package is for businesses in need of having an online presence with one single, eye-catching page to promote their brand or idea in an uncluttered, direct manner, announce a product or service, advertise, collect email addresses or point people to your physical business and provide just the right amount of information for a user to make a decision and act on it.
  • All websites are fully editable, giving you the freedom to update the content on your own after the completion.
  • Site Installation: I will set up everything for you so you don't have to worry about the technical details.
  • One Hour Website Training (via Skype): A training session can be arranged at an hourly rate to show you the ropes.
  • Two Days of Website Maintenance / After launch: I will be available for any last minute fixes or questions that you have. Contact the studio to arrange any additional updates or adjustments down the road.

All websites will be mobile and tablet friendly, easy to use, adaptable and to respond to all smart devices.

+ WHAT WILL MY WEBSITE BE BUILT ON?

At this time, I design solely on the Squarespace platform. A fully managed platform, you have all of the tools to grow your business online. I want to make sure my clients have a site that will serve them as their business grows. Squarespace facilitates beautiful, clean design whilst also offering a simple, user-friendly interface.

+ DO I NEED A DOMAIN AND HOSTING?

As with all websites, you must factor in the cost of hosting, domains, plugins or custom domains. I can assist in this regard, however, you are welcome to purchasse your own domain and provide me with the permissions to access the account. Stylecape Creative Studio is not responsible for server downtime, software issues or any other compatibility issue that may arise after the launch of the site from your hosting or domain provider.

+ WILL YOU WRITE MY COPY?

I do not offer an in-house copywriting service. You will need to have your copy ready to go before the build commences. I can suggest a copywriter if you need help.
